Dear Parents,
Final registration for the 2012-2013 school year is Tuesday, May 15, 2012, from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Atrium. It will be necessary for at least one parent from each family to attend final registration in order to determine your tuition and fee payment plan and complete remaining school forms. P.T.O. members will be on hand to provide information about fundraising, volunteering and to help with the uniform exchange. In order to expedite the final registration process, please complete the attached forms and bring them with you to registration.
The tuition payment plan through FACTS will be used again this year. It gives parents options for paying tuition. Your account with FACTS will be set up on this day. Mrs. Gibbon will assist with this.
The first tuition payment for the 2012-2013 school year for returning families will be due July 5 or 20, 2012, whichever you choose. The last payment will be due May 5 or 20, 2013. If you are a new family and have already paid the first month’s tuition, then your first payment will be due August 5 or 20, 2012.
During the summer months, the school office will be open Monday through Thursday. It will be closed on Fridays through July 15. The hours of operation are:
June 4 – June 7 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. June 11 - July 12 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. July 16 – July 27 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
School begins on Monday, August 7, 2012. The first two days are noon dismissal days. There will be a “Meet and Greet the Teacher” on Friday, August 3, 2012, from 1:00–3:00 p.m. in the classrooms. This will allow students and their parents to meet their teachers before school officially begins. Students may bring their school supplies at this time if they wish. The P.T.O. will have a uniform exchange.
There will be a special “Kinder-Kamp” for students in K-3, K-4 and K-5 and their parents Friday evening, August 3, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in their classrooms. This will give the pre-school and kindergarten children the opportunity to visit their individual classrooms and do some fun activities with their teacher while mom and dad hang around. They may also bring their school supplies at that time. This helps eliminate the first day jitters for the little ones and their parents.
For returning families, please remember that registration is not complete until all balances for the 2011-2012 school year are paid in full.
