Welcome to the PreK3 Blue Jay Nest!
In our Blue Jay nest, we excel in our education and faith. My name is Marivel Garcia. I am the PK3 teacher. I have my Bachelors of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies- Early Childhood and a Masters Degree in School Counseling. I have taught PK3 thru fourth grade and counseled in the elementary environment. I have experience in both the private and public school setting. I have been in the teaching profession for twenty-two years.
My teaching philosophy is "Every child is a gift from God. Each child is unique and created with their own gifts and talents. As a teacher, it is my mission to find the best learning style for individuals, guide students to believe in themselves, find their strengths, and help them to excel in God's plan."
